1. Recruitment object:

Treatment:

3. Recruitment object:

Doctor from world renowned high level University; postdoctor with more than 3 years research experience (3 years) in world renowned high level University (including the famous research institute) , excellent achievements and no more than 35 years of age; presiding the key project of the National Natural Science Foundation, publishing at least 10 articles in top journals ruled by our school as he first author or the first communication author, and having better cited records.

Treatment:

The annual salary is not less than 400 thousand yuan, providing a home fee of 300 thousand yuan at one time, providing a set of about 120 square meters of housing and a fund of 150-200 million yuan for scientific research; arranging the work of the spouse and solving the problem of the children's admission to the school; setting up an academic team and the team members must having a senior title or a doctor degree.


5. Recruitment object:

The excellent doctor or postdoc of high level universities and research institutes at home and abroad, usually not more than 30 years old and having excellent achievements in scientific research; publishing a certain number of papers in top journals ruled by our school as he first author or the first communication author, and having better cited records.

Treatment:

The annual salary is not less than 200 thousand yuan, proving a home fee of 200 thousand yuan at one time, providing a set of turn around room and a fund of 600 thousand yuan for scientific research; arranging work of spouses and solving the children's admission to school.


6. Recruitment object:

Doctor; postdoctoral associate;

Treatment:

(ii) Research group recruitment

(1) National excellent Young Scholar, Prof. GangChengResearch Group (nanostructures and optoelectronic nano devices)

Recruitments, including doctoral, postdoctoral and associate professor, should have physics, electronics, chemistry, materials and other related professional background, and can engage in the following research work. (1) preparation and properties research of nanostructured photoelectric devices. The main contents are: the preparation of one- and two-dimensional semiconductor nanomaterials; the processing and preparation of nanodevices; the study of the photoelectric transmission characteristics at surface interface of nanostructure, and the study of the photoelectric function characteristics of the nanodevices; (2) self-powdered photoelectric sensor based on nanogenerator. (2)  Prof. YongZhaoResearch Group (electrochemical energy materials)

Recruitment, including postdoctoral associate, lecture and associate professor, should have good research basis and experience for synthesizing nanomaterial or assembling in the field of electrochemical energy devices. The research group is mainly engaged in the research on the preparation, synthesis, catalytic reaction mechanism, and improving the performance of the energy devices. Based on the principle of catalytic reaction, the research idea is based on the preparation of functional oriented catalytic materials by chemical or physical methods. Furthermore, by adjusting the surface and interface structure in the catalytic reaction, the reaction process can be optimized to accelerate the chemical reaction. On the basis of catalytic material design and surface structure optimization, high performance catalytic reaction system is finally constructed.

(4) The Yellow River scholar, Prof. LinsongLiResearch Group (quantum dot for bio-detection and imaging)

Recruitment, including doctoral, postdoctoral and associate professors, should having the following academic background. (1) having background of the field of life science or analytical chemistry, and the applier who have the scientific research experience in biosensor for biological detection field or have the biological technology base with antibody coupling are preferred; or having the research experience in the microfluidic field, having the fabrication experience of the microfluidic device (glass, silicon chip, PDMS, PMMA and so on); (2) having Organic chemistry and polymer knowledge background, proficient in polymer preparation and organic synthesis. Those with experience for synthesizing polystyrene microspheres or silica microspheres are preferred, and those who are good at the functional modification of the microspheres (carboxyl, amino, PEG) are preferred.

Introduction


The Key Laboratory for Special Functional Materials of the Ministry of Education (Henan University) is mainly engaged in the basic and applied research of nanomaterials and devices used in the field of future optoelectronic information and energy area, aiming at providing source innovations for building a core technology system of the new generation of electronic information industry.

The laboratory was established in 1986. In 1998 it established Key Laboratory Open Laboratory of Henan Provincial University. In 2001, it was awarded the Key Laboratory of Henan Province. In 2003, it was approved Key Laboratory by the Ministry of Education and Henan Engineering Technology Research Center. In 2009, it was approved Engineering Research Center of Ministry of Education. In 2012, it was approved the Henan International Joint Laboratory. In 2013, it was awarded the Henan Key Laboratory Training Base. In 2014, it was awarded Nano Functional Materials and Application Collaborative Innovation Center of the Henan Provincial. In 2015, it was awarded the Henan Provincial High-efficiency Display and Lighting Technology Engineering Laboratory. In 2016, it became the backup laboratory of the Henan Provincial State Key Laboratory.

Focusing on the urgent needs of high-performance materials and devices in the fast-growing optoelectronic information industry in the central and western regions of China, basic research has been carried out on the design and construction of nanostructured materials, and high technology such as surface-to-surface photo-electric transfer properties, nano-optoelectronic devices and quantum dots, and high-tech thin film photovoltaic cells and other high-tech have been developed. The advantages of the new generation of light-emitting display materials and devices are outstanding, and the blue QLEDs and some nano-devices maintain the most international optimal indicators currently.

The laboratory has a total of more than 7,000 yuan worth of large instrument and equipment. There are 6 double-employed/part-time academicians and more than 50 permanent staff, including 1 Central Plain scholar, 2 national youth scholar, 1 young "Thousand People Plan" Scholar, and 3 Distinguished Professor. The research team was selected into the innovation team of the Ministry of Education and supported by rolling. There are three postdoctoral stations in physics, chemistry, and nanoscience and technology. Doctoral and master graduate students are enrolled in three disciplines: physics, materials science and engineering, and chemistry. It was selected as the featured discipline group of "Nanomaterials and Devices" of Henan Province, and the two disciplines of materials science and engineering and chemistry were the top 1% subjects of ESI.

The laboratory has undertaken and completed more than 100 national projects such as the National High-Tech Research and Development Program, the National Major Basic Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Ministry of Education's Innovation Team, and more than 100 provincial and ministerial and cross-cutting topics. The laboratory has published more than 600 SCI papers in Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano Lett., ACS Nano, Adv. Energy Mater., Energ. Environ. Sci., Adv. Funct. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett., and obtained more than 50 national invention patents.

The laboratory also established a joint research and development center with Henan Deco Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Kaifeng Dehao Optoelectronics Technology Park Co., Ltd. and other companies, and formed a complete R & D chain from basic research - technology research and development - high-tech products.
